Grandpa brought out his rockets and helped Noah launch them "way high in the sky".
After a few launches, Noah got a little scared by the roar of these little rockets and searched for cover in his mom's arms. Now he won't stop talking about the event, and wants everyone to help rehash the story... "Grandpa tell me the story about the rockets."
Amy and I experienced the best concert of our entire lives. Matt was able to get front row tickets to Coldplay in Salt Lake City. It was an amazing show, especially since we were able to watch it up close and personal. Chris Martin had incredible energy as he performed some of the best songs ever written.
Halloween is a spooky night. The moon is full and shines so bright. Children in costumes of all shapes and sizes, Walk through the streets wearing different disguises. Each creepy critter searches for sweets, Knocking on doors, calling, "Trick-or-Treat!" Some wear dresses And some wear hats, Some bring their teddies And some bring black cats. Some ride on broomsticks While others float by, Some walk together And some try to fly. There's so much to do on this fun holiday, Like stuffing a scarecrow with straw and with hay, Bobbing for apples until someone wins, Carving your pumpkins with big scary grins, Joining some friends for a quick game of tag, And sharing the sweets in your big goodie bag. With their bags filled with candy, All the critters that creep, Find someplace cozy, And fall fast asleep. Happy Halloween!
Noah has been anticipating halloween night for several months now. He knew exactly what to do and what to say. He rehearsed his lines every day in preparation for the big event. "I will go knock, knock, knock....Trick or treat. Thank You. Happy Halloween!!". When it came time to actually knock on the doors he was a bit nervous. (I had to knock on the first door). But soon enough he required that he do it all by himself.
This year Noah wanted to be a "Dhost". Weston was a "yittle dhost" and Noah was a "big dhost". When anyone commented that Noah looked like a scary ghost, he insisted, "I'm a friendly dhost, not a scary dhost". He was a bit confused when he won the "scariest costume" award at the church halloween party.
